Introduction

Doc AI is a digital health and triage platform built to fix the "one-size-fits-all pharmaceutical" problem in symptom checkers. Users enter symptoms and duration to get a probabilistic preliminary diagnosis, then choose a treatment paradigm — Ayurvedic, Homeopathic or Conventional — with the system suggesting equivalent alternatives across paradigms and drug-free traditional remedy guidance. Input is multi-modal: text, body-map clicking, voice or lab report upload. Emergency triage flags red-flag symptoms and redirects to real care, and a drug interaction and dosage checker works across all three medical paradigms. It also offers telehealth booking with certified practitioners, a recovery tracking dashboard and multilingual support. The stack is a React/Next.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL and Redis, and an LLM + RAG layer trained on medical, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic datasets, rolling out in three phases: core engine, advanced diagnostics, then a telehealth and wearables ecosystem.
