Family venture in construction & heavy equipment.

Introduction

Mina Family is the umbrella that brings together three ventures — Minalloon, Minaweb and Miniloon — each solving a different part of the same problem: keeping miners alive underground. Minalloon and Miniloon are the same core shelter technology at two different scales, while Minaweb is the software and control layer that connects rescuers to the people inside.

Minalloon

Minalloon is the group / multi-occupant inflatable mine rescue shelter. Its six-layer composite shell combines a fire-retardant anti-static (FRAS) polymer coating, a graphene-enhanced FRAS layer for durability and structural health monitoring, a Dyneema structural core for tensile and blast strength, a TPU self-curing liner that cures into a permanent airtight bladder, micro-encapsulated self-sealing polymer capsules that burst to seal punctures, and aerogel-enhanced polyurethane foam for thermal insulation. An Automated Inflation System uses dual verification — a pressure wave sensor plus a geophone — so inflation only fires when both a pressure drop and high-magnitude vibration are detected. Stage 1 inflates in 10–30 seconds with inert gas for immediate crush resistance; Stage 2 runs 1–2 hours to fully cure the TPU liner into a rigid seal. Inside, CO/CO2/O2 sensors pair with scrubbers and O2 generators, and a through-rock VLF/LF wireless beacon transmits GPS and status to the surface.

Minaweb

Minaweb is the software and control side of the mine emergency system, split into two interfaces. The Control Panel, for mine safety personnel, is a dark industrial UI with login and site confirmation, a live sensor dashboard and a 3D GIS map where unit status is colour-coded (green = normal, flashing red = alert, solid red = worker escalation, blue = rescue confirmed). It triggers a looping siren on alert, auto-calculates a rescue route from the safety station to the incident, lets staff push a Rescue ETA of 1–4 hours to the worker, and shows a 4-hour historical sensor graph with a path elevation indicator. The Worker Feedback Screen is a high-contrast cyan-on-black "survival mode" UI showing live sensor readings, the confirmed rescue ETA, ESP32 battery level and signal strength, plus an AI chatbot for first-aid and operational guidance, messaging to the control panel, and two large buttons: "MEDICAL EMERGENCY / ESCALATE" and "I AM RESCUED".

Miniloon

Miniloon is the backpack-portable, single-occupant version of the same shelter technology — the identical six-layer composite shell, automated dual-verification inflation and life-support sensor array, compressed into a pack a single miner can carry and deploy in seconds.
